Maciej Dittmajer

Maciej Dittmajer is a 2001 graduate of the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University and currently a member of the Polish Bar Association in Poznań. Specializing in corporate insurance law, building law, and pharmaceutical law, he has experience ranging from advising investment processes to dispute resolution on behalf of insurance companies and as well as financial companies. His previous work experience includes being part of the legal departments of both Concordia Wielkopolska TUW and Coris Lex Services LLC.

Michał Głowacki

Michał Głowacki is a 2001 graduate of the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University and currently a member of the Polish Bar Association in Poznań. Specializing in commercial law, capital market law, intellectual property law, tax law, sports law administrative law. His work experience includes legal advice in commercial law agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and comprehensive service for market firms including stock market companies.Member of supervisory board or member of the board in companies such as: DCG LLC, DCG PLC, ATVERTIN LLC, DAKPOL LLC, mBroker NET LLC, PlayUp Polska PLC, as a proxy in W. KRUK PLC and „POLMOS” PLC.

Miłosław Awedyk

Miłosław Awedyk is a 2000 graduate of the Faculty of Law at Adam Mickiewicz University and currently a member of the Polish Bar Association in Poznań. Specializing in Commercial Law agreements, Merger and Acquistions (M&A), Labor Law - including legal advice for individuals and companies, as well as group dispute resolution. His previous work experience includes being part of the legal departments of Eurocash PLC and work in a law firm Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak.
